From turf cut to door knocked, on one map

Auto-cut a universe into walkable turfs that keep households together and never cross a highway, rail line, or river, or draw your own. Schedule canvass events with shifts and captains, and draft branching scripts with survey questions that write straight back to the file. Walk sheets print street by street, with support boxes for each candidate, and a packet prints a whole Saturday at once.

Volunteers knock from a mobile canvasser app that works offline, and HQ watches every session move across a live map, with per-canvasser stats and direct messaging.

03 · Fundraising & compliance

Call time your candidate won't dread

A donor CRM with ask, pledge, and giving history; a prioritized call-time queue with suggested asks and one-tap outcomes; fundraiser events with ticket levels and P&L; goals with a live thermometer.

Pick your regulator's rules pack (NJ ELEC, the FEC, NY BOE, PA DOS, or CA FPPC) and the limits, itemization threshold, and notice rules follow it. The compliance dashboard tracks employer and occupation completeness, itemization, contribution limits counted per election, and 48- and 24-hour notice windows, and the FEC export is one click. The packs are a starting point, not legal advice, so confirm limits and dates with counsel. Once NJR connects WinRed, ActBlue, and Anedot, online donations flow in automatically.

04 · Communications

A full comms shop, with the safety on

Email blasts with sender-health review and per-recipient delivery tracking. SMS with consent checks, quiet hours, a budget cap, and automatic opt-outs. Press releases, social posting, a reporter CRM with beats and warmth, media clips, surrogates, and an LTE pipeline.

Configurable approval steps gate every artifact type, so rapid response is fast and nothing goes out half-reviewed.

05 · AI Workbench

A copilot that knows the campaign

Ask questions of your voters, donors, canvass activity, and financials in plain English. The AI queries live data, not a stale export. Contextual copilots draft press releases in AP style, canvasser scripts, social posts, and oppo summaries right where you work.

Ask it to plan Saturday's canvass and it stages the event, the turf cut, and the invites for you to approve one step at a time. If you prefer your own assistant, connect Claude or any assistant that speaks MCP, and it works with the same data inside your permissions. Every interaction is logged for audit.

06 · Analytics

The numbers, current as of right now

The read, KPIs, daily activity with a 12-week view, contact method and party breakdowns, canvasser leaderboards, turf progress, and issue positions, with the money, the voter file, maps, and past elections in their own sections.

One fixed layout, so the whole staff reads the same page. Elections shows past results by precinct, and those results become audiences in the universe builder.

07 · After the win

For the office you just won: Numa

The officeholder side of the house is its own platform: Numa. A casework CRM with SLA breach detection, bill and roll-call vote tracking with public Where-I-Stand pages, district intelligence, and constituent communications, built for sitting electeds.

Romulus runs the race and Numa runs the office. Office records live in their own tables, with their own users and permissions, and a campaign login can’t open them.
