The size of the district sets the price
Find your district's registered voters, read across. Every band gets the same platform: voters, field, fundraising, comms, volunteers, analytics, the Canvasser app, and the AI Workbench, for as many people as the campaign has.

Prices are before tax. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Monthly is the default. Prepay to election day takes 15% off in one up-front charge that runs through the election you choose plus 30 days. Annual is two months free, for committees that work year-round.
Your band is set when you sign up and holds for the term you paid for. Annual and prepaid plans are checked against the voter file again at renewal.

Pick the office and the district. Romulus counts the registered voters in it and gives you the band and the price. The same count sets your price at signup.

NJR credits
One credit is one cent
Credits pay for the things that cost us per use: AI, and email past your band's monthly allowance. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of them, and you can't spend past what you've bought unless you choose to.
1 · Allowance
Every band includes credits each month, from 1,000 to 8,000. They reset monthly and don't roll over.
2 · Packs
$25 buys 2,500 credits and $100 buys 10,000. Packs don't expire while you're subscribed.
3 · Overage, if you turn it on
Off by default. Turn it on with a cap you set, and Romulus bills usage past your packs up to that cap.
4 · Then it pauses
When credits run out, AI and extra email stop until you buy a pack or raise the cap. No surprise bill.

The honest answers
What decides the price?
The number of registered voters in your district, counted from NJR's New Jersey voter file when you price the race. A council race pays a council-race price. Your band holds for the whole term you paid for, so a voter-file refresh never changes your price partway through.
Is anything gated behind a higher tier?
No. There is one plan. Every campaign gets every module and unlimited users. The band sets the price and the monthly allowance of credits and email, and nothing else.
Who sets it up?
You do, and the app walks you through it. Romulus loads your district's voters from our New Jersey file and opens on a setup checklist for the rest: your team, your turf, your first lists. Campaigns that sign with NJR directly get hands-on setup from our team as part of the deal.
How does the free trial work?
It runs 14 days and needs a card up front, one trial per card and per NJR account. Email sending is off during the trial, exports are capped at 500 rows, and credit packs unlock after your first payment clears. Billing starts when the 14 days are up.
How does support work?
Through tickets inside the app, with a first response within one business day on every band. There is no phone line on self-serve plans. Campaigns that sign with NJR directly can get faster or live support as part of the deal.
What happens to our data after the cycle?
It's yours. Export options are built into the modules and depend on the module and your role. If a subscription lapses, the workspace goes read-only for 90 days, then it's archived with the data kept. We delete it only when you ask. If you win, Numa, our officeholder platform, is built for the office that comes next.
What if our race is statewide, or outside New Jersey?
Statewide races and anything over a million registered voters are priced by quote. Online signup covers New Jersey races only. For either, talk to us and we will set it up with you.
