The honest answers
What decides the number?
The scope of the office — size of the district, how many staff, and whether the constituent portal and public surfaces are on. A council office pays a council-office price.
Is anything gated behind a higher tier?
No. There are no tiers. Every office gets every module, unlimited staff, and Kennedy. The quote is the whole platform.
Who sets it up?
We do. NJR configures your districts and case categories, imports what the office already has — spreadsheets included — and walks your staff through the first week. You start with a working operation, not an empty database.
What happens to our data when the term ends?
It's yours. Export everything to CSV at any time — cases, constituents, positions, the lot. The record transfers to a successor, archives, or leaves with you, and it never touches a campaign database.
