North Jersey Research ("NJR," "we," "us," or "our") is a political consulting firm based in New Jersey. Information you provide to us

The Site does not require an account, and you can browse it without submitting any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us — for example, when you email us at info@northjerseyresearch.com. Depending on what you share, this may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your campaign, organization, or inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, certain technical information is processed automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting provider processes this information on our behalf to deliver the Site, maintain security, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. Local storage and web fonts

Romulus

Romulus, our campaign management platform, operates separately at votebase.northjerseyresearch.com and is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Voter, volunteer, and outreach data that campaigns manage within Romulus is processed under our agreements with those clients, not under this policy.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above — for example, for the duration of our correspondence or engagement with you — or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@northjerseyresearch.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as those laws require.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
