Why a separate product

Campaigns and offices don’t just run at different speeds — they answer to different rules. Campaign data lives under FEC and state campaign-finance law; office data lives under FOIA and public-records statutes, with a strict no-electioneering line between them. That separation shouldn’t depend on discipline. Romulus runs the race, Numa runs the office, and the two never share a database — an incumbent running for re-election works in both, and neither login can see the other side.
